Security Controls

Security Controls

We are an ISO 27001:2013 certified company and have strict security measures in place:

  • Ban on electronic devices like mobile phones, smart watches or any digital storage devices in the working area
  • 24×7 surveillance by cctv cameras
  • Biometrics devices are put in place to prevent unauthorised persons from entering the working area
  • Restricted internet and email facilities
  • USB and CD drives are disabled
  • Personal belongings not allowed in the office area and are to be put up in designated lockers

Training Resources

We have regular training sessions conducted to keep our staff up-to-date with changes in Australian Rules and Regulations. At Optimisers we give utmost importance to training because we strive to give better quality output to our clients each time. We have synchronised our code of conduct to achieve this aim and we have at least two training days each month, wherein we work on improving our quality and processes.

We take feedback from clients seriously and any areas of improvement as suggested by our partners are explored on our training days. Our partners also contribute to these training days by providing us with training material, which we use to provide organisation wide training
